naturally and use it again.

FAQs
Why my product cannot be turned on/off?
•
o Make sure that the charging case and the earphones have battery left,
take out the earphones from the charging case, and the earphones will
automatically turn on.
o Make sure that the charging case and the earphones have battery left, put
the earphones back into the charging case, and the earphones will
automatically turn off.
o When the charging case is out of battery, please turn off the wireless
function on your phone and the earphones will turn off automatically in 5
minutes.
o Keep the charging area of the earphones and Pogo pin of the charging
case clean, and regularly clean them with dry cloth.
