FAQs
Why is my product not responding after connecting it to the computer?
•
o When connected to a computer with USB or Type-C interface, please first
select the interface of the corresponding computed (required to connect
with type-c adapter first). If there is no sound or light, please set the audio
output of the computer as D05 game headset (please refer to the audio
output setting instructions of the computer for specific setting).
There is no sound from the earphone after connected to the mobile phone via

Type-c adapter for playing music, but the light come from the earphone normally
or does not respond?
o Check whether the connection between the playback device and the
mobile phone, the mobile phone and the headset are valid. Some android
mobile phones need to manually turn on the OTG function in the settings
to properly connect the headset. Please refer to the OTG function
instructions of the mobile phone for specific operations. If the headset
fails to be connected normally, please unplug and plug again and adjust
the volume of the mobile phone to the appropriate volume level.
The wire control box is hot in the process of connection and use?

o As the earphone needs to run the sound algorithm by consuming power,
there will be a slight heat generation, which is normal.
