Cause
No electrical voltage at the device.
Cross section of the extension
cable not large enough and/or the
extension cable is too long.
The mains voltage is lower than
that specified.
The pump is frozen.

Remedy
Check the fuse, power cable and power plug
and have them replaced by qualified personnel
