    11. COMPONENTI Il montaggio iniziale della vostra carrozzina elettrica Moretti viene di norma eseguito dal ri- venditore. Nel caso questo non avvenga prima di tutto controllare che il cartone di imballaggio contenga tutte le parti come elencato sotto. (fig.1) (fig.1)

  • Page 12 4. Regolazione delle pedane (fig.11) La vostra carrozzina elettrica è dotata di pedane regolabili in altezza con supporto per il polpaccio. Per regolare in altezza le pedane agire sulla leva di sblocco laterale e contem- poraneamente alzare la pedana. Posizionare il supporto per il polpaccio in una delle tre posizioni previste.

    12.3 Leva blocco motore La vostra carrozzina elettrica Moretti è dotata, su ciascun motore, di freno motore automatico che blocca il movimen- to involontario della carrozzina.     GUIDARE IN DISCESA Per procedere lentamente in discese ripide premete i pulsanti di regolazione della velocità per ridurre la velocità stessa. Questo permette un migliore controllo della guida. Comunque la vostra carrozzina non accelererà da sola in discesa grazie al sistema automatico di frenatu- ra che entra in funzione se voi tentaste di guidare troppo veloce.

    Tilting. 16. RICARICA DELLA CARROZZINA La vostra carrozzina elettrica Moretti ARDEA Mobility usa due batterie ricaricabili da 12v/75Ah ed un carica batterie da 25v/8Ampere. Le batterie devono essere ricaricate prima di usare la carrozzina per la prima volta e dovranno essere ricaricate dopo un uso prolungato.

    In caso contrario controllare: • I cavi del carica batteria siano collegati correttamente. • Il fusibile sia funzionante. • La carrozzina elettrica sia spenta. • Se tutti questi punti sono stati seguiti correttamente, contattate il Vs. rivenditore. NOTA: Il tempo necessario ad una completa ricarica può variare in funzione dello Stato di cari- ca all’inizio del procedimento di ricarica.

    • Tirare la leva di colore rosso posizionata sotto la batteria e girarla di 180° (fig.18) • Togliere i blocchi laterali. (fig.19) • Tirare il blocco batteria attraverso la leva posizionata nella parte posteriore della carrozzina (Fig. 20). (fig.20) Il blocco batteria è pesante. Usare cura e prestare attenzione durante il trasporto. Per sostituire le batterie all’interno togliere la parte superiore del pacco batterie o provvedere alla sostituzione di entrambe le batterie al suo interno.

    20. RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI Le carrozzine Moretti sono equipaggiate con uno strumento che costantemente controlla il siste- ma elettrico ed elettronico per una guida sicura e gradevole. Se si presenta un malfunzionamento od un errore, il led indicato da una chiave inglese, al momento dell’accensione della carrozzina , fornisce una indicazione del problema attraverso il numero di lampeggi continui.

    21. CONDIZIONI DI SMALTIMENTO 21.1 Condizioni di smaltimento generali In caso di smaltimento del dispositivo non usare mai i normali sistemi di conferimento dei rifiuti solidi urbani. Si raccomanda invece di smaltire il dispositivo attraverso le comuni isole ecologiche comunali per le previste operazioni di riciclo dei materiali utilizzati. 21.2 Avvertenze per il corretto smaltimento del prodotto ai sensi della direttiva europea 2012/19/UE: Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani.

    11. COMPONENTS Your Moretti electric wheelchair is usually assembled the first time by the retailer. If this is not the case, start by checking that the cardboard box contains all the parts listed below. (fig.1) (fig.1) Main structure Joystick Footplates...

    (fig.7) 12.2 Adjusting comfort Before starting to use your ARDEA MOBILITY electric wheelchair by Moretti, carry out all the adjustments indicated below to obtain a comfortable driving and seating position suited to the user.
  • Page 36 4. Adjusting the footplates (fig.11) Your wheelchair has height-adjustable footplates with a calf rest. Adjust the height of the footplates using the side unlocking lever and raising the footplate at the same time. Position the calf rest in one of the three available positions.

    12.3 Motor locking lever Your Moretti wheelchair has an automatic motor brake on each motor that prevents involuntary movement of the wheelchair. You can disable this system if you need to move the wheelchair manually, using the motor disengage levers.

    International standards set the maximum safe gradient on which an electric wheelchair can be driven without any difficulty. This value is set as 6°/10%. The Moretti electric wheelchair can travel on slopes with a gradient up to 8°/14%. If you need to drive it on the maximum gradient, you may need to travel at a higher speed.

    DRIVING DOWN A SLOPE Proceed slowly down steep descents. Press the speed button to reduce the speed. This allows better control of driving. However, your wheelchair will not accelerate on its own down a slope, due to the automatic braking system, which starts functioning if you attempt to drive too fast. In general, you should drive in a linear manner on slopes, without sudden changes in direction, and never stop the wheelchair on a slope that exceeds the safety limit.

    Tilting function . 16. CHARGING THE WHEELCHAIR Your Moretti ARDEA Mobility electric wheelchair has two 12v/75Ah rechargeable batteries and a 25v/8Ampere battery charger. The batteries must be charged before using the wheelchair for the first time and should be charged after prolonged use. Ensure that the wheelchair is switched off and that the motor unlocking lever is in position D (DRIVE).

    If not, check that: • The battery charger cables are properly connected. • The fuse is working. • The electric wheelchair is switched off. • If all these points have been performed correctly, contact your retailer. NOTE: The time needed for complete charging may vary depending on the initial charge when the charging procedure is started.

    • Pull the red lever positioned underneath the battery and turn it by 180° (fig.18) • Remove the side blocks. (fig.19) • Pull the battery unit using the lever on the rear part of the wheelchair (Fig. 20). (fig.20) The battery unit is heavy. Take care during transport. To replace the batteries inside, remove the upper part of the battery pack or replace both batteries inside.

    20. TROUBLESHOOTING Moretti wheelchairs are equipped with a device that constantly controls the electrical and electronic system, to ensure safe and comfortable driving. If a malfunction or error occurs, the LED with a wrench symbol flashes continuously for a specific number of times to indicate that there is a problem when the wheelchair is switched on.

    21. DISPOSAL CONDITIONS 21.1 General conditions of disposal Never dispose of the product as normal domestic waste. Dispose of the product at a sorted waste collection centre for recycling. 21.2 Instructions for correct disposal in accordance with European directive 2012/19/EU: At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of together with normal urban waste.

    12.2 Regulación del confort Antes de comenzar a utilizar la silla de ruedas eléctrica ARDEA MOBILITY fabricada por Moretti, efectuar todas las regulaciones siguientes para lograr una posición de conducción y de asiento confortable y adecuada para el usuario.   • Page 60 4. Regulación de los estribos (fig.11) La silla de ruedas eléctrica tiene estribos de altura regulable con soporte para la pantorrilla. Para regular la altura de los estribos, utilizar la palanca de desbloqueo lateral y levantar el estribo. Colocar el soporte para la pantorrilla en una de las tres posiciones previstas.

    12.3 Palanca de bloqueo del motor La silla de ruedas eléctrica Moretti tiene un freno motor automático que bloquea el movimiento involuntario de la silla de ruedas. Este sistema se puede desactivar por necesidades de desplazamiento manual mediante las palancas de desactivación de los motores.

  • Page 62: Recomendaciones Para El Uso Seguro

    Este valor es de 6° - 10%. La silla de ruedas eléctrica Moretti puede superar pendientes de hasta 8° - 14%. En caso de tener que conducir sobre la pendiente máxima, puede ser necesaria una velocidad más alta: pulsar las teclas de regulación de la velocidad para aumentar la velocidad.

    CONDUCCIÓN EN BAJADA Para avanzar lentamente sobre bajadas abruptas, pulsar las teclas de regulación de la velocidad para reducir la velocidad. Esto permite un mejor control de la conducción. La silla de ruedas no acelera sola en bajada, gracias al sistema automático de frenada, que se activa en caso de conducción demasiado veloz.

    Tilting. 16. RECARGA DE LA SILLA DE RUEDAS La silla de ruedas eléctrica Moretti ARDEA Mobility utiliza dos baterías recargables de 12V/75Ah y un cargador de baterías de 25V/8Amperios. Las baterías se deben recargar antes de utilizar la silla de ruedas por primera vez y en lo sucesivo se deberán recargar luego de un...

    En caso contrario verificar si: • Los cables del cargador están conectados correctamente. • El fusible funciona. • La silla de ruedas eléctrica está apagada. • Si todos estos controles dan resultado correcto, contactar con el vendedor. NOTA: El tiempo necesario para una recarga completa puede variar según el nivel de carga al comienzo del procedimiento de recarga.

    • Tirar de la palanca de color rojo situada debajo de la batería y girarla 180°. (fig.18) • Quitar los bloqueos laterales. (fig.19) • Tirar del bloque batería a través de la palanca situada en la parte posterior de la silla de ruedas (Fig. 20). (fig.20) El bloque batería es pesado.

    Después del uso, guardar la silla de ruedas eléctrica en un lugar seco. 20. RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS Las sillas de ruedas Moretti están equipadas con un instrumento que constantemente controla el sistema eléctrico y electrónico, para una conducción segura y agradable. Si se presenta un defecto de funcionamiento o un error, el led de la llave inglesa, en el momento del encendido de la silla de ruedas, indica el problema con un determinado número de parpadeos.

    21. CONDICIONES DE ELIMINACIÓN 21.1 Condiciones de eliminación generales No eliminar el producto junto con los desechos sólidos urbanos.
