Malfunctions and remedies
In the event of malfunctions immediately deactivate the valve and secure it
against inadvertent reactivation. Malfunctions may only be remedied by qualified
staff, who must observe the safety instructions.

Valve stroke too short as air
pressure too low
O-ring/V-ring defective
Remedy
Check the system
configuration
Check compressed air supply
and check air hoses for free
passage and air tightness
Check actuation / external
controller and routing of
electrical lines
Clear the blockage
Readjust the stroke scanning
lever
Check the control air quality
Replace the positioner
Replace the diaphragm
Clean valve housing and valve
seat
Check the compressed air
supply
Disassemble the valve
housing. Replace the seals
