Manutenzione

I trasmettitori serie T72 non richiedono una
manutenzione su base periodica.
Controllare periodicamente lo stato generale dello
strumento, l'eventuale presenza di ruggine o danni
alla custodia ed alla membrana di misura e la presenza
di ostruzioni nella connessione al processo.

Risoluzione problemi

Fare riferimento allo schema alle pagine seguenti per
la risoluzione dei problemi.
Contattare in qualsiasi caso l'ufficio tecnico Valcom
per supporto.

T72 series transmitters do not require a
maintenance on periodical basis.
Periodically check the general transmitter status, the
possible presence of rust or damage on the case or on
the measuring diaphragm and the presence of clogging
in the process connection.

Controllare che la tensione di alimentazione sia
12Vcc<V
Check the supply voltage to be
12Vdc<V
Controllare la polarità della connessione dello
strumento.
Check the transmitter connection polarity.
Verificare che il carico sia minore del massimo
consentito.
Check that the load is less than the maximum
Verificare accuratamente la compatibilità tra il
processo ed il tipo di connessione.
Accurately verify the compatibility between the
process and the connection type.
Portare lo strumento in condizioni di zero ed
utilizzare il comando remoto di OFFSET.
Apply zero input conditions to the transmitter
and use the remote OFFSET command.
Verificare accuratamente la possibile presenza di
disturbi elettromagnetici sulla linea di
alimentazione. Verificare il collegamento della
messa a terra di protezione (PE).
Accurately verify the possible presence of
electromagnetic interference on the supply line.
Check the PE connection.
