A friend bought me this vacuum and it's a real PIA to operate. I downloaded the app and now the app is telling me I have to upgrade my internet service to operate it. NOT HAPPY. Why doesn't it come with a remote? I don't have, or want an ALEXA to operate a vacuum cleaner
