6.2. Steps for Replacement of Filter Cartridge
Replace the filter cartridge according to the machine' s lifespan reminder or the recommended
replacement cycle. Please contact your local Pentair authorized distributor for replacement of filter
cartridges.
1. Turn off power to the water purification system and shut the inlet 3-way ball valve. Open the faucet
and discharge it until no more water flows out of the faucet.
2. Remove the top cover and put aside. The filter cartridge is built into the filter canister. Twist the filter
cartridge anti-clockwise to remove it and clockwise to install the filter cartridge, as shown in the
diagram below.
3. Upon installation of the filter cartridges, open the inlet 3-way ball valve, turn the machine on and
perform a Reset operation (For details, see Section 6.3.).
Note:
The lifespan of the filter cartridge depends on the geographical location, inlet water quality, season,
and usage volume. The actual replacement cycle may differ.
6.3. Filter Cartridge Lifespan Reset
On the display, press and hold "Reset" button for 3 seconds. The buzzer will sound a long beep before
entering the Filter Cartridge Reset Selection State. Press the "Select" button again. The buzzer will
sound a short beep and the display will cycle through each of the three filter cartridges for selection,
with the selected filter cartridge blinking (the others will be turned off). Press and hold the "Reset"
button for 3 seconds again. The buzzer will sound a long beep and the selected filter cartridge' s lifespan
will be reset before the machine exits the Reset Function. Repeat the above steps to select another
filter cartridge that needs to be reset.
If there is no operation within 10 seconds after entering the Reset Function, the machine will
automatically abort the Filter Cartridge Lifespan Reset Function.
6.4. Water Purification System Exterior Cleaning
• When cleaning the product, do not use strong volatile solvents such as soap, detergent, thinner,
gasoline or alcohol. Using such cleaning agents may cause cracks, scratches or discolouration.
• Do not clean the machine by spraying water directly onto it.

Cartridge Replacement
Turn off the inlet water supply and unplug the power.
Turn the cartridge anti-clockwise to the unlock position and remove the
used cartridge.
Install new cartridge according to the above Guide for Cartridge
Installation.
