Possible Cause(s)
PE tube is bent
Check if the three-way ball valve
is closed
Check if the tap water is flowing
Check if Filter cartridge 1 is clogged Replace Filter Cartridge 1
Check if the water pressure is
lower than the rated pressure
Check if the water temperature is
too low
Faulty power supply
Faulty power adapter
The equipment does not have
enough water
Check if the machine has not been
used for a long period of time
Poor water quality
Check if the filter cartridge has
not been replaced for a long time
Check if the power supply voltage
is normal
Check if the water flow is
sufficient
Check if any water has leaked into
the transformer
Faulty pump
The machine has been operating
at high pressure for an extended
period of time to produce water
There is no precharge pressure,
or a pressure leakage, or a valve
is loose
Solution
Remove bend from PE tube
Open the three-way ball valve
Wait for the tap water supply to
resume
Install a pressure booster

Check if there is power
Replace the power adapter
Check if there is water flowing from
the source. Once there is water, turn
the power off and on to restart.
Flush the filter cartridges (except
the RO membrane) for 5 minutes.
If the taste does not improve,
replace the filter cartridges.
Check inlet water quality.
Replace the filter cartridge
