The most effective way to clean the air while
cooking is the following:
❑ Turn on the hood motor once you start cooking.
Turn off the cooker hood few minutes after you finish cooking

Filters and maintenance

Attention! Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning
operations, disconnect the hood from power supply – unplug the
hood or turn off the main switch.

Metal grease filter:
Metal filter retains grease particles from the vapor which is
formed during the cooking process.
The metal grease filter is made in fireproof metal.
Attention:
An excess of grease in the filter not only would affect the
performance of the hood, but it also represents a potential fire
risk.
Important:
make sure that the metal filter is regularly
cleaned
.
Metal grease filter cleaning:
❑ In case of regular operation (1 - 2 hours per day), the
metal filter should be washed every 8-10 weeks of hood
usage.
❑ The filter can be washed in a dishwasher, which can
lead to a slight color fading.
❑ The filter should be placed softly in the dishwasher,
NO force should be applied.
Important: Do not wash grease filters fully loaded with
grease together with the dishes.
If the filter is washed by hand, it should be placed in hot
water and a detergent for several hours. Wash the filter
with a brush, rinse it well and dry.
