Troubleshooting
Phenomenon
The unpleasant smell,
taste or impurities
cannot be removed.
The purified water
looks like it is
sparkling.
The water looks cloudy
white, or contains
bubbles.
Water smells of plastic.
Water contains black
specks.
There is condensed
water in piping, let
water drips from the
pipe.
Cannot install the
cartridges.

Cause and solution
The product has not been used for 3 days or longer.
O
→ F lushwithwaterfor10minutesorlonger.
When not using the product for a long period of time,
the water inside the cartridges will deteriorate, so
replacing the cartridges is recommended.

The filter capacity of the cartridge has reduced.

→ P leasereplacethecartridge.
This is caused by substances dissolved in the water

(mainly minerals) being separated out.
These are air bubbles created during filtration.

→ A fterreplacingthecartridges,flushwithwaterfor
10 minutes or longer before use.
When using the product for the first time, there may be a

slight smell.

Activated carbon may be released when first using the

In humid places, many drips of water may condense.

When the cartridge is removed, the joint part might be

If not the same as the illustration, please move the
protruding.
Hold the protruding and the cylinder part by fingers.
