Mounting and removing a lens

Mounting

1. Hold the lens by the fixed ring (11),
2. align the red index button on the lens (11c) with
the release button (3) on the camera body, and
then
3. insert the lens perpendicularly into position.
4. Turn the lens slightly clockwise, and you will
hear and feel it lock into place.

Removing

1. Hold the lens by the fixed ring (11),
2. press down the release button (3) on the cam-
era body,
3. turn the lens to the left until its index button
(11c) is aligned with the release button, and
then
4. remove it perpendicularly.
Note: With a film loaded, you should change the
lens in the shadow of your own body, as direct
sunlight can result in light getting in through the
shutter.
