Select "PDF Report Options" in the navigation bar and enter set-
tings to define content of the PDF report.

Owner
Choose the language, in which the PDF re-
port shall be shown, from the selection box.
Click on "INSERT NAME" to define the pat-
tern of the file name.
- A new window "PLEASE CHOOSE
THE NAME PATTERN BELOW" opens.
Choose the required elements (OWN-
ER/SERIAL ID/MODEL NAME/DATE/
TIME/LOCATION) and their order.
Up to 6 elements can be chosen. Cho-
sen elements appear in the field "FILE
NAME".
- Press "CLEAR" to delete all chosen ele-
ments. The field "FILE NAME" is empty
again.
- Press "X" to save the file name pattern
and close this window.
Select your preferred date format from
menu.
Select between 12 hour or 24 hour format.
Key in the owner's name.
