Step 32. Attach the handles to the top and bottom end on the front panel with the window display using (4) flat head Philip bolt, (4) 5/16” x 7/8” flat washers and (4) 5/16” hex nuts. Note that the head of the Philip bolt must be inserted from the handle with the hex nut and washer on the inside of the drum.
