► Secure throttle cable (19) to flexible drive tube (11) with
two cable ties, making sure it is not wrapped around the
drive tube (11).
The control handle and loop handle do not need to be
removed again.

► Shut off the engine.

► Fit deflector (2) on the bracket (3) so that the holes line up.
► Insert and tighten down the screws (1) firmly.
The deflector (2) must not be removed again.
7.3

Fitting and Removing the Skirt

7.3.1 Fitting the Skirt
► Shut off the engine.

► Push the skirt (3) into the recesses in the universal
deflector (1) as far as stop.
► Insert and tighten down the screw (2).
► Fit the line limiting blade (4) on the skirt (3) so that the
holes line up.
► Insert and tighten down the screws (5) firmly.
7.3.2 Removing the Skirt
► Shut off the engine.

► Take out the screw (1).
► Depress the locking tabs (2) and remove the skirt (3).
The line limiting blade (3) can be left on the skirt.
