Troubleshooting

CAUTION: Do not try to repair your beverage cooler yourself. Doing so
invalidates the warranty.

Fault indication

If a fault is detected, the display shows one of the following codes:
Fault code
Description Temperature sensor fault
Note: When the above faults are displayed, do not attempt to repair your
cooler by yourself. Please contact customer service for help.
PROBLEM
My beverage
cooler does not
operate
The cooler door
does not close
completely
My cooler is not
cold enough

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Your beverage cooler is
unplugged.
The fuse on the circuit
is blown or the circuit
breaker is tripped.
Power failure.
The shelf is out of
position.
The door gaskets are
dirty.
Your cooler is not level. Level your cooler with the leveling feet.
The door has been
opened too often or
was not closed
correctly.
You have just added a
large amount of warm
beverage to your
cooler.
The temperature
control is set too warm.

Defroster sensor fault
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Make sure that your beverage cooler is plugged
in and that the plug is pushed completely into
the outlet.
Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box and
replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
If a power failure occurs, your beverage cooler
turns off. Wait until the power is restored, then
turn it on again.
Adjust the shelf correctly.
Clean the door gaskets.
Make sure that the door is closed correctly.
Allow time for the new beverage to cool, then
check again.
Set the control to a colder setting.
