4.3.15 HomeWhiz and remote control functions
The HomeWhiz function allows you to use your smart device to check
your washing machine and get status information. With the HomeWhiz
app, you can use your smart device to perform different operations that
can also be performed on the machine. Also, you can use some features
only with the HomeWhiz function.
Download the HomeWhiz app from your smart device's app store
to use your machine's Bluetooth functionality. Make sure your
smart device is connected to the internet to install the app.
If you are using the app for the first time, please follow the on-
screen instructions to complete your user account registration. Once
the registration procedure is complete, you can use all HomeWhiz-
enabled devices in your home from this account.
In the HomeWhiz app, tap "Add/Remove Product" to display the
products associated with your account. This page also allows you to
perform pairing operations for users of these devices.

To use the HomeWhiz feature, install the app on your smart device and pair your washing
machine to your smart device via Bluetooth. If your washing machine is not paired with your
smart device, it operates as a device that is not equipped with the HomeWhiz function.
Your device will function as if paired with your smart device via Bluetooth. Orders placed
through the app will be activated through this pairing; therefore, the Bluetooth signal
strength between the unit and the smart device must be adequate.

4.3.15.1 HomeWhiz Setup
For the app to work, a connection between your device and the HomeWhiz app
must be established. To establish this connection, follow the steps below for
the setup procedure on the device and on the HomeWhiz app.

If you are adding a device for the first time, press the "Add/Remove
Product" button on the HomeWhiz app. After this step, press
"Press here to configure a new product". Follow the steps below as well as
the steps in the HomeWhiz app to complete the setup.

To start the configuration, make sure your machine is off. Press the
Temperature button and the remote control function button simultaneously
and hold them for 3 seconds to put your machine into HomeWhiz
configuration mode.
