Indoor Fan Running Rules:
• In the COOLING mode, the indoor fan runs continuously and the user
can select any of the following speeds: HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW and
AUTO.
• When the setting temperature is reached, if the compressor stops
running, the indoor fan motor runs in the minimum or setting speed
(see Fig. 21).

The AUTO fan adheres to the following rules (see Fig. 22):

Compressor Temperature Protection

•Off: Compressor stops
•Decrease: Decrease the running frequency to the lower level
•Hold: Keep the current frequency
•Resume: No limitation for frequency
When the condenser temperature is higher than the setting value, the
compressor stops.
Evaporator Temperature Protection
When the evaporator temperature is lower than the setting value the
compressor stops.
HEATING Mode
Compressor Running Rules:
• When T1-Ts>-T, the compressor stops.

• When T1-Ts<T-1.5, the compressor is on. T is the programmed
parameter for temperature compensation.
• When the AC runs in MUTE mode, the compressor runs with a low
frequency.
• When the current is more than the setting value, the current protection
function activates and the compressor stops.
Outdoor Fan Running Rules:
The outdoor unit runs at a different fan speed according to T4. For
different outdoor units, the fan speeds differ.
