III. Drive Wheel
1. Turn off power to the joystick.

2. Ensure the unit is in drive mode.
3. Prop up the side of the unit being serviced.
Tools Required:
- Imperial Socket Set
- Calibrated Torque Spanner/Wrench
- Phillips Screwdriver
4. Remove the screw and washer that secure the hub cap to the drive wheel.
5. Remove the nut and washer that secure the drive wheel to the motor shaft.
6. Pull the wheel assembly straight off of the motor shaft. ***The Axle Key may shift out of place on the motor shaft.
Make sure the Axle Key is retained.***
7. Reverse steps 4 to 6 for installation. Torque the nut to 28.5 N • m (21 ft • lb). ***Make sure the Axle Key is inserted
back into the motor shaft.***
