Possible Cause
Laminator not connected to electrical
supply.
Circuit Breaker tripped.
Infrared eyes blocked.

Laminate improperly loaded.
Insufficient roller pressure.

Corrective Action
Insert attachment plug into receptacle.
Reset Circuit Breaker.
Unblock infrared eyes.
Slide interlock latch all the way to the left
into the side frame.
Adjust tension per "Film Tension" on page
6-10 .
Slightly speed up laminator.
Align film webs per "Film Alignment" on
page 6-10 .
Load film per "Loading Film" on page 6-2.
Adjust the roller pressure.
Load film per procedure outlined per
"Loading Film" on page 6-2.
Clean rollers per Cleaning the Rollers
page 7-1.
Item may be dirty or may have non-
porous surface that is extremely difficult
to laminate.
