STS Path AIS has been detected.
The transmitter clock is not synchronized to the
selected reference.
Line RDI (FERF) has been detected.
Path RDI (FERF) has been detected.
VT Path AIS has been detected.
VT Path RDI (FERF) has been detected.
A pointer change associated with the foreground test
channel has been detected (either STS pointer or VT
pointer).
