Agilent's OmniBER Communications Performance Analyzer provides the test
capability you need to verify the performance of today's high-capacity transmission
systems and networks.
The main features of this instrument are:
• Framed and unframed SDH/SONET BER testing up to 2.5 Gb/s (STM-16/OC-
48) with J1408
• The addition of Jitter testing with J1409A.
• Optical and electrical interfaces.
• Seperate clock and data binary interfaces, electrically coded at 52Mb/s,
155Mb/s, 625Mb/s and 2.5Gb/s.
• Concatenated payload testing up to STM-16c/OC-48c.
• Measurement capabilities including protection switching tests, and pointer
processing.
• Fast access to key measurement tasks using Agilent's Smart Test capability.
