Continuum Frame QuiltMotion Sewing Machine Wheels Bottom Carriage Wheels 4-18: Feed the free end of the Short Belt into the 4-17: Place the Sewing Machine or Top Plate Belt Tensioner. Turn the right knob to tighten the wheels on the Bottom Carriage and the Bottom belt all the way through the Tensioner.
Continuum Frame QuiltMotion Step 5 – Aligning the Belts Tools Needed: 3mm Allen Wrench 10mm & 13mm Open End Wrench Q’nique 15, 19, & 21 Machines Pod Cover Set Screw Set Screw Short Belt 5-1a: Check the alignment of the short belt attached to the Sewing Machine Top Belt Bracket. If it is bowed to one side loosen the set screws on the front and back wheels, and shift the machine until the belt is straight.

Continuum Frame QuiltMotion Top Plate Bottom View Top Plate Belt Tensioner Short Belt M6 Nut 5-1b: Check the alignment of the short belt attached to the Top Plate. If it is bowed to one side move the Top Plate as far back as possible. Loosen the (2) M6 Nuts on the Belt Tensioner and adjust until the Short Belt is aligned with the Motor Plate.

Continuum Frame QuiltMotion Set Screw 5-4: Loosen the M6 x 16mm Set Screws from Steps 4-2 & 4-6. Adjust the Belt Tensioner Assembly and the Belt Clamp Assembly to make sure there is no bow in the Long Belt. Once the Long Belt is straight tighten the set screws on the Belt Tensioner Assembly and the Belt Clamp Assembly.
