The operating temperature is taken to be the area within 0 to 60°C and 5 to 85% RH of the
template whose high temperature end described in GR-63-CORE Issue1 Oct.1995, NEBS
Requirements 4.1.2 (equipment) is increased to 60°C.
The temperature range in which the specifications are met is 0 to 50°C.
