Describes the handling precautions, connection procedures, installation conditions, and
operating environment.
3 Operating Procedure
Describes how to set measurement conditions and how to operate the instrument including
topics such as how to set the mode switch, how to use the control commands, the output
format, and how to control the instrument from your PC. For errors that occur during
measurements, see the troubleshooting and maintenance sections in the next chapter
4 Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Describes the probable causes of errors and how to resolve them. Describes maintenance
work.
An error code list of measurement signals are also provided.
5 Specifications
Lists the specifications of the instrument, the operating environment, and other information in
tables.
