When storing the instrument, avoid the following locations.
High humidity environments
High temperature, in direct sunlight, or near heat sources
Location with constant vibrations or shock
Dusty environment, environment with corrosive gases, and salty environment
This instrument has highly sensitive sensors and clean optical system on the inside. If
the instrument needs to be repaired, contact your nearest dealer.
The instrument will be repaired by a dedicated service personnel who is
familiar with the construction of the instrument. Do not open the
instrument's cover without permission. If you do, we may not be able to
repair it.
The wavelength and optical power level are calibrated before this instrument is shipped
from the factory.
To maintain the performance over an extended period, periodic calibration (calibration
period: 1 year) is required.
To have your instrument calibrated, contact your nearest dealer.
If you must calibrate the wavelength yourself, perform the calibration using a stable light
source whose wavelength can be determined.
