(Figure
5).
All external hoses should be routed as smooth and bend-free as
possible. The drain hose must be led on the shortest route (maximum
2 m) to a lower-lying and generously dimensioned drain, which even
during the frost season also guarantees an outflow without any backing-
up! A blockage in the drain hose may cause the hoses to spring off
either in the device or outside.

Electrical connections
Current output and limit-value contacts can be assigned by the user
according to requirement. Three PG screw connections (for cable
diameters of 6–9 mm) serve to lead the connection lines on the left
housing side, which are sealed on delivery by a plastic disc.
The device is equipped with a 1.4 m long mains connection cable.
Protection of the device (without refrigerator) occurs through two mains
fuses (T 2.5 A L; 250 V), which are located on the power supply unit
board behind the front panel.

Some circuits in this device are protected by fuses against overvoltages. For
constant protection against risk of fire, replace these fuses only with fuses of the
same type and power rating.

Defective fuses generally indicate a problem in the device. If fuse errors
repeatedly occur, contact the service department for instructions on the return
procedure for repair purposes. Under no circumstances attempt to repair the
device independently.
N O T I C E
On removal of the power plug (fixed installation of mains supply lead), a suitable
bipolar circuit breaker must be installed!
