5-2. Adjusting the projection amount of the plunger

1) Press plunger ❶ of the solenoid into the so-
lenoid. Measure projection amount ❷ of the
plunger.
2) Loosen screw ❸ of the thread tension control-
ler bracket. Adjust the longitudinal position of

the bracket so that projection amount ❷ of the
plunger becomes 1.5 ± 0.1 mm. Then, tighten
screw ❸ .
