If ON, the delinquency feature will be used to monitor zone activity. If OFF, the delinquency
feature will be used to monitor arming activity.

In certain areas, dialing [#] or [ ] reduces the cellular billing increment. This section allows the
use of the [ ] and [#] digits if necessary. The LINKS Special Function Preamble will be sent
before the preamble in sections [390] to [392].

If downloading is enabled, answering machine override is enabled. The panel will also answer
after the number of rings programmed in this section.
Section [499][Installer's Code][499] - Initiate PC-LINK (Local Download):
See Installation Manual section 5.8 "Downloading"
Direct connect downloading (called PC-LINK) is supported. Connect one end of the PC-LINK
cable to the panel and the other directly into the COM port of your computer. After activating
the download via the computer, enter [ ][8][Installer Code][499][Installer Code][499] to begin
the PC-LINK download.
Section [805] - AML Support Programming
At this time AML (Addressable Multiplex Loop) detectors are not available. More information
regarding these detectors will be available when the devices are released.
Additional New Features Supported in the PC5010 V2.0
1. Rotating Keypress Buffer
The panel has a rotating keypress buffer. When disarming, the panel will examine and accept
any four consecutive digits which match a valid user code. Keypad lockout can still be used.
Every fourth key press where a match is not detected will be counted as an invalid code entry.
2. Contact ID
All reporting codes are now supported with the Contact ID format.
3. PGM Output Option [02] - Utility Output
The Utility Output option has been replaced with Command Output #1.
