ON
Option [3] Show all Troubles while Armed Panel Shows Fire Troubles
NOTE: This option must be OFF if LCD5500 keypads V1.x are used.
Option [4] Tampers/Faults Do Not
Show as Open
NOTE: This option determines if the panel will consider a zone with a tamper or supervisory trouble as
violated. If ON, the panel will not consider the zone violated (exception – a tamper condition will cause
an alarm if the zone is armed). If OFF, the panel will consider all zones with a tamper or supervisory
trouble as violated.
Option [5] Zone 1 is Fast Loop Response
Option [6] Audible Exit Fault Enabled
Option [8] Temporal Three Fire Signal
Section [20] - Keypad Zone Assignments:
See Installation Manual section 5.1.1 "Assigning Keypad Zones"
The PC5508Z, PC5516Z, PC5532Z and LCD5500Z keypads each have one hardwire zone input
that can be used to expand the system. This section allows you to select which additional zone
is assigned to which keypad. Each keypad must be assigned to a different slot for this feature to
operate.
Section [101] to [132] - Zone Attributes:
See Installation Manual section 5.2 "Zone Attributes"
Attribute [8] ON Zone is Wireless
NOTE: This attribute must be enabled for all wireless zones on the system.
Section [141] to [156] - PGM Output Attributes:
See Installation Manual section 5.10.2 "PGM Output Attributes"
Attribute [4] ON 5 sec. pulse on/off
This attribute only applies to PGM options [19] - [22] (command outputs 1-4). If ON, the output
will activate for 5 seconds, then deactivate. If OFF, the output activates when the appropriate
command output is entered and remain active until the command output is entered again.
Attribute [5] ON Access code required
Section [328] - Miscellaneous Alarm Reporting Codes:
See Installation Manual section 5.7 "Communicator - Reporting Codes"
Cross Zone Police Code Alarm – This reporting code can be used as a false alarm prevention
feature. The panel will transmit this reporting code if two different zones are violated during
the same armed period.
Section [351] - Miscellaneous Maintenance Reporting Codes:
See Installation Manual section 5.7 "Communicator - Reporting Codes"
Delinquency Code - This reporting code can be used in one of two different ways. The panel
will transmit this reporting code if the panel has not been armed for a programmed number of
days, or if there is no activity on any zones for a programmed number of hours.
Section [370] - Communication Variables:
See Installation Manual section 5.13 "Test Transmissions"
Test Transmission Cycle (land line) – Number of days between test transmissions (land line).
Test Transmission Cycle (LINKS) – Number of days between test transmission (LINKS cellular).
These two options allow you to program different test transmission cycles for the land line and
LINKS 1000 cellular communicator.
See Installation Manual section 5.7.11 "Activity Delinquency"
Delinquency Transmission Cycle - This option is used in conjunction with the Delinquency
reporting code. This is either the number of days for arming delinquency of the number of
hours for activity delinquency before the panel will transmit a Delinquency reporting code.
