4) How to make on-net call in special dialing
Step 1: Pick up the handset
Step 2: Dial the "country code" + "area code (if any)" + destination
Number and followed by "#" button

5) How to make off-net call
Step 1: Press speaker button
Step 2: Press the DIAL UP button
Step 2: Dial the "country code" + "area code (if any)" + destination
number and followed by "#" button

6) How to make PSTN call
Step 1: Pick up the handset
Step 2: Dial the destination number and followed by "#" button
7) Resetting to factory default
Step 1: Pick up the handset
Step 2: To reset DPH-70, press '*789*' and followed by "#" button
while phone is idle
Step 3: Press "1", enter the default password, '12345' and followed by "#"
