I would like to manually calculate my product on the scale. I have my products inputted with the name, commodity code, department code, hotkey etc. However, can I place my rare input in before I place my product on the scale or enter the rare weight as I calculate the price? Just confusing. We use different types of deli cups with food in it. That way way. Each cup has a different taste weight. Is there a telephone number that I can please call overseas direct to receive help? Thank you. The scale is confusing.
