The display on the AVA WEIGH 334PCS40 may not show numbers due to the following reasons:

- Batteries are loaded incorrectly or are depleted.
- Adapter or plug is loose or not connected.
- Damage to electrical components.
- Key button malfunction.
- Crystal oscillator on the PCB is faulty.
- MCU is not correctly inserted.
- LCD connect pins are broken.
- PCB or load cell malfunction.

Check power supply connections, battery placement, and inspect internal components as needed.

Not printing on label properly

The AVA WEIGH 334PCS40 may not be printing on labels properly due to several possible reasons:

1. Incorrect label format or size setting – ensure the label dimensions match the printer setup (e.g., 58 x 40mm or 58 x 60mm).
2. Communication issue with the OS-2130D printer – check the connection between the scale and printer.
3. Failure to confirm unit price – the unit price must be entered and confirmed within 3 seconds, or it is automatically set or cleared.
4. Non-save mode – in this mode, the unit price is cleared after weighing, which can affect printing.
5. PLU settings not recalled or saved properly – ensure correct PLU address is used (1 to 265, M1–M5 for direct access).

Check these settings and procedures to resolve the printing issue.
