9 Maintenance and repair

• Servicing only by Bosch Rexroth.
• Return shipment only in original transport packaging.

9.1 Cleaning and care

Damage to the lithium-ion batteries by liquids
Lithium-ion batteries may be damaged by liquids during cleaning.
• Only clean removed lithium-ion batteries with a dry cloth.

9.2 Maintenance

Check the battery status at regular intervals (state of health).
The check is performed in the AMS (see ActiveShuttle system manual).
In a state of health of ≤ 60%, the battery is worn and should be replaced. It may be
necessary to replace the battery earlier, e.g. if the transport performance/fl ow of the
ActiveShuttle is no longer suffi cient for your application.
For replacement of the lithium-ion battery, see section 8.1

10 Decommissioning

This product is a component which does not need to be decommissioned.
Accordingly, this section has been left blank.

11 Disassembly and replacement

11.1 Preparing the product for storage/later use

• Only set the product down on a fl at surface.
• Protect the product from mechanical stress.
• Protect the product from environmental infl uences, such as dirt and moisture.
• Observe the ambient conditions, see page 27.
• Shipping, transport and storage only in original transport packaging.
