16.1 Failure to start the recorder
The battery is empty, please recharge promptly.
16.2 Incorrect time/date
The time of the device is inaccurate. Please reset the time on
the menu.
16.3 Unclear image
Unclean lens has caused it. Please use clean cloth to clean it.
16.4 Failure to record audio/video
The memory of the device is full, and the cyclic video record-

ing is not started. Please delete some of the files or transfer
such files to external storage devices.
16.5 Recorder is unable to play audio or video
files
Please recharge the battery as it has run out of power.
16.6 Failure to record audio/video
If the device fails, such as starting failure, blackout or oper-
ation failure, the common treatment is to reset it. Turn off
the interphone before resetting. Open the rubber plug of
the headphone/USB/micro SD card, and press the small hole
above the midpoint between the USB port and the micro SD
card with the tip of a sign pen, etc.
