2.1 Safety

handling or operating the device.

2.2 Hearing protection

Observe the following guidelines when using your head-
phones:
• Adjust to a suitable volume; do not use the headphones
for a long time.
• Please do not turn the volume up beyond your tolerance.
• Do not turn up the volume so high that you cannot hear
what's around you.
• Be careful or suspend the use of headphones in hazardous
situations.
• Do not use the earphone when driving, cycling or
skateboarding. Otherwise, you will get into a traffic
accident or be violating traffic laws and other related laws.

2.3 Legal restriction on recording

• The use of the recording function of this device is subject
to the restrictions imposed by national laws. When
recording the conversations or courses of others, users
should respect the privacy and other rights of such
persons.
• Please note that in some countries, the user must
notify the other party when he/she is recording his/her
conversations with such other party. Otherwise, such a
recording activity might be considered illegal. Please ensure
the lawfulness of the recording activity in any applicable
jurisdiction.
