3. Select your printer, and then click Add.

If your printer is not listed, check that it is correctly connected to the computer and that the printer is on.
Installing the Epson Universal Printer Driver (for Windows Only)
he Epson universal printer driver is the universal PCL6 compatible print driver that has the following features:
❏ It supports the basic print functions needed for business situations.
❏ It supports multiple Epson business printers besides this printer.
❏ It supports most languages among the print drivers for this printer.
Connect the printer to the same network as the computer, and then follow the procedure below to install the
printer driver.
1. Download the executable ile of the driver from the Epson support website.

Note:
We recommend downloading the latest driver from the website. However you can get it from the sotware disc that came
with the printer. Access to "Driver\Universal".
2. Double-click the executable ile that you have downloaded from the website or that is in the sotware disc.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions for the rest of the installation.
Updating Applications and Firmware
You may be able to clear certain problems and improve or add functions by updating the applications and the
irmware. Make sure you use the latest version of the applications and irmware.
1. Make sure that the printer and the computer are connected, and the computer is connected to the internet.
2. Start EPSON Sotware Updater, and update the applications or the irmware.

Important:
Do not turn of the computer or the printer while updating.
Note:
If you cannot ind the application you want to update in the list, you cannot update using the EPSON Sotware
Updater. Check for the latest versions of the applications from your local Epson website.
