- Page 4 Step B: Insert the front of the seat assembly (#7) into the swing arm (#6). Fasten them together by using bolt (#17) and steel washer (#20). Open the seat assembly (#7) and fasten a swing arm tube (#8) and a swing arm (#6) to the seat assembly (#7) by using bolt (#15) and washers (#19), and plastic nut (#21).
