    A. Read the instructions thoroughly. Acquaint yourself with the inventory of parts and the accompanying drawings to ensure safe and proper assembly. B. You will need the following tools: - Phillips Screwdriver - Nut Wrench (See Part #35) - Hex. Key Wrench (See Part #34) C.
  • Page 3 Note: When fastening with bolts and nuts, always use a washer (#22 and #23) between the tube and the bolt and the tube and the nut. Step 2 Step 1: Step 1 Fasten the front and rear upright support (#2 and #3) at the top, by using bolts (#17), washers (#22), and plastic nuts (#25).
  • Page 4 Step 6: Insert the front/rear canopy braces (#6) into the sleeves on the canopy (#36). See Fig. C – Step 3. Step 3 Step 7: Insert the front/rear canopy brace (#6) tube ends into the U-shaped side canopy braces (#7). See Fig.
  • Page 5 Step 10: Step 1 Place the left seat assembly (#8) and the right seat assembly (#9) onto a non-abrasive surface, such as a carpet. Fasten the front support brace (10) to the left seat assembly (#8) and the right seat assembly (#9) by using bolts (#17), washers (#22), and nuts (#26).
  • Page 6 Step 14: Hook the suspension springs (#15) into the top of both holes in the swing arm tubes (#14). Repeat the same procedure for both sides. See Fig. G. Fig. G Step 15: Hang the other ends of the suspension springs (#15) into the holes located in the angled brace on the top cross beam w/adjustable teeth (#1).

    Cleaning and Maintenance • Wash frame and fabric parts with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Do not use bleach, acid, or other solvents on the frame or fabric. • The cushions and canopy may be surface washed with mild soap and water if necessary. Commercial foaming upholstery cleaner may also be used.
