- Page 3 ASSEMBLY (Note: When fastening with nuts and bolts, always use a washer (#25, #26, or #27) between the tube and the bolt or the tube and the nut.) Step 2 Step 1 Step 1: Fasten the front and rear upright supports (#2 and #3) at the top by using bolts (#17), washers (#25), and steel nuts (#28).
- Page 4 Step 6: Slide the canopy/frame connectors (#32) onto Step 1 the canopy (#39). Fasten them together by using screws (#23). Make sure that the teeth of the canopy/frame connectors are facing towards the inside of the frame. See Fig. B – Step 1 and Step 2. Step 2 Fig.
- Page 5 Step 8: Step 1 Insert the seat arms (#6 and #7) into the front support brace (#8) and back support brace (#9). See Fig. D – Step 1 and Step 2. Note: Step 2 1. The labels marked “L” and “R” on the seat arms (#6 and #7) should coincide with Figure D - Step 1 to ensure proper assembly.
- Page 6 Step 12: Insert the table bottom braces (#13 and #14) Step 1 into the connector tabs located on the front support brace (#8). Fasten together with screws (#24). See Fig. E – Step 2. Fasten the table bottom braces (#13 and #14) to the back support brace (#9) by using bolts (#21) and washers (#26).
- Page 7 Step 15: Hook the suspension springs (#31) into the top of both holes of the swing arm tubes (#15). Repeat the same procedure for both sides. See Fig. H. Fig. H Step 16: Hang the opposite ends of the suspension springs (#31) into the holes located on the angled braces of the top cross beam w/adjustable teeth (#1).
