  • Page 2 ® Bring arm into position from the bottom side of the chair frame. Click both back tabs into seat back. Align arm with holes, arm will have tension when holes are aligned – this is intended. Beginning with the inside bolt, install four (4) Hex head bolts (14mm length) and flat washer to 48 in-lbs (5.5 Nm).
  • Page 3 ® Caster Replacement Position chair on its side on a clean soft surface. To remove casters: Pull outwards on casters while tapping base with a plastic mallet. CASTER Insert new casters into base and tap them in with a plastic mallet. Base Replacement Position chair as shown.

  • Page 5 ® Actuator and Tapered Spacer Replacement Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface. Remove four (4) torx head screws and flat M6x30mm washers from the seat. FLAT WASHER Replace actuator and/or tapered spacer. NOTE: Thicker portion of spacer faces front of chair. Start bolts by hand with longer bolts in front holes then torque to 48 in-lbs (5.5 Nm).
