Display backlighting

The backlighting of the display is activated by pressing
any key and goes out 15 seconds after the last key
was pressed.

Operating the device

When idle, the display always shows the current room
temperature.
Pressing any key takes you to the operating display.

Pressing key twice calls up the menu.

Lock out controls

You can lock the control keys of the Vitotrol 100. To do
this, press and simultaneously for 5 seconds. To
unlock the keys, again press
for 5 seconds.

The menu is automatically exited 30 seconds after

the last key has been pressed. After a further
3 minutes the standard display is shown.
Any changes are accepted with OK. Temperature
changes made with keys / are automatically adop-
ted after 5 seconds.
