Fusing Unit Replacement (1)
If you will install a new fusing unit, set SP 3902-
014 to 1 before you turn off the power switch.
If you do this, then the machine will reset the PM
counter for the unit automatically, after you turn
the power on again.
The machine cannot automatically detect that a
new fusing unit has been installed.
If you change the heating belt unit, and not the
complete fusing unit, you must set SP 3902-016
to 1 before you turn the machine power off.
