- Page 6 Either way, your BrewBuilt Conical comes with a Thermowell that allows you to insert the temperature probe from The Flex Chamber is designed specifically for a temp controller, which will monitor your fermentation temp and use with a BrewBuilt X1 conical Fermenter.
