2.1 - Skills
Operators using UNI-ClipDoc need:

The strength, balance, coordination and common sense to
safely operate the equipment

The ability to select the proper equipment and procedures
for the circumstances

The ability to read, understand and follow the procedures
as described in this manual

To have full training on the proper operation of the
equipment

To have a working knowledge of manual handling
