Front post and adjuster knob for load
1.
Remove 6 screws M8, 6 spring washers, and 6 spring
washers from the frame.
2.
Put the load setting wire through the hole in the front post
and pull it out through the square hole in the front post.
3.
Connect the sensor cable from the frame to the sensor cable
from the front post.
4.
Put the front post on the frame and secure with 6 screws
M8, 6 spring washers and 6 spring washers.
5.
Remove the spring washer and screw from the load setting
knob.
6.
Insert the end of the wire on the load setting knob in the
spring hook on the load setting wire. Pull the wire on the
load setting knob up and insert in the metal bracket on the
load setting wire.
7.
Fit the load setting knob on the front post with the spring
washer and screw M5.

Handle arms, pedal arms, pedals and pedal arm
cover
1.
Remove 2 screws M10, 2 spring washers, 2 washers and 2
washers from the left and right horizontal axle on the front
post.
2.
Fit the left handle arm on the left horizontal axle on the
front post with 1 screw M10, 1 spring washer Ø 10, 1 large
washer and 1 small washer.
3.
Fit the left pedal arm mount on the left crank arm with 1
screw, 1 washer, 1 spring washer and 1 nyloc nut. Put 1 nut
cap on the nut.
NOTE:
The screw for left pedal arm mount and screw for the right
pedal arm mount are marked L for left and R for right.
4.
Fit the left pedal on the left pedal arm with 3 nyloc nuts, 3
washers and 3 screws.
5.
Fit the pedal arm covers A/B on the left pedal arm with 1
screw.
6.
Repeat the above steps to fit the right handle arm on the
right horizontal axle on the front post and the right pedal
arm mount on the right crank arm.

Left/right handle
Fit the left/right handle on the left/right handle arm with 4
screws M6 x 35, 4 spring washers and 4 dome nuts.

Cover A/B for left/right handle arm
1.
Fit the left handle arm cover A and the left handle arm cover
B on the left handle arm with 4 screws. Use the supplied
multi-tool.
2.
Fit the right handle arm cover A and the right handle arm
cover B on the right handle arm with 4 screws. Use the
supplied multi-tool.
Handle and computer
1.
Remove 4 screws from the back of the computer. Use the
supplied multi-tool.
2.
Remove 2 screws and 2 spring washers from the front frame.
3.
Insert the pulse sensor cables from the handle through the
hole in the front post and pull them out through the top end
of the front post.
4.
Fit the handle on the front post with 2 screws and 2 spring
washers.
5.
Connect the sensor cable and the pulse sensor cables to the
cables from the computer and then fix the computer on top
of the front post with 4 screws.

Replacing the battery
1.
Open the battery cover on the back of the computer and
insert 2 batteries.
2.
Make sure the batteries have the correct polarity and that
the battery springs have good contact with the batteries.
3.
Replace the battery cover correctly.
4.
The batteries have a lifespan of about 1 year with normal
use.
5.
If the display is illegible or only parts are shown, remove the
batteries, wait 15 seconds and then replace them.
6.
All data in the memory is erased when the batteries are
removed.
