The raw material in the silo. The 743 prepares blends which can consist
of several ingredients. The various ingredients are transported to the
weigher using augers.
Silo used to store ingredients.
Used for transport between silo/tank and weigher.
A blend is a mixture of various ingredients to be fed as a finished
product. It can consist of maximum 12 ingredients.
A weigher used to weigh the ingredients and compose the blend. Various
types of weigher (batch) are possible, with or without mixer, depending
on the type of installation. Depending on the weigher type, with or
without hopper.
Mechanism used to mix the ingredients in the weigher.
Used for transport from the weigher to the storage silo valve or storage
silo auger.
