sides extended using a collar of parchment or
waxed paper.

Divide the dough

10 equal portions.
Roll
each portion on a lightly floured
surface into a ball and place in containers.

on a baking pan. Spray water on top.
Proof
at

F
for 45-60 minutes or until nearly
doubled.

Brush
with melted
butter.
Place
the pan at the
lowest rack and bake at
340°F for
45-50
minutes.
