Fault messages
Fault messages during operation
These fault messages are indicated by codes "FE" or "In".
The boiler returns to operation when the relevant fault has been removed.
Note
After a fault has been removed, press the reset button.

The supply draws no pellets.
The boiler will not start.
FE 239
Automatic pellet supply chan-
geover faulty.
FE 281
Flue gas temperature sensor
faulty.
The flue gas temperature can-
not be displayed.
No effect on the operation.
FE 381
Hopper empty.
The fully automatic pellet sup-
ply is switched off.
The pellet supply has stopped
as it is currently outside the se-
lected enable time.
FE 382
The level switch inside the hop-
per does not switch.
The boiler will not start.
The pellet supply flap does not
close.
The level switch inside the hop-
per is faulty.

Remedy
Change to another wand if there
are no pellets near the supply
wand (see operating instruc-
tions).
Check the routing and layout of
the supply hose or the suction
wand.
Check the automatic change-
over.
Check the flue gas temperature
sensor (see page 26).
Start the pellet supply or wait for/
change the enable time.
Open the pellet hopper (see
page 16) and clean the flap; it
must lie flush all around the sup-
ply. The indicator on the level
switch must be brightly lit when
the flap is closed.
Replace the level switch.
