AL 133
High limit safety cut-out has re-
sponded. Boiler water tempera-
ture in excess of 100 °C.
The boiler completely burns the
available fuel; the induced fan
is switched off immediately.
AL 135
The temperature in the auger
pipe is too high. The boiler
burns the available fuel comple-
tely and charges pellets into the
burner pot. Should the tempera-
ture remain too high, then the
external warning will be
switched on (if installed).
AL 171
Maximum heat-up time ex-
ceeded.
No flame has built after 8 min
heat-up time.
Ignition element faulty. The
heat-up process is terminated.
AL 187
No communication with the
combustion controller.
The boiler completely burns the
available fuel.
AL 188
Internal fault.
The boiler completely burns the
available fuel.
AL 195
Combustion chamber door
open.
The boiler completely burns the
available fuel.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
See "Steps when the boiler over-
heats" in the operating instruc-
tions.
Check the level in the water con-
tainer (see page 18).
The back burning protection has
responded, if the container is
empty. Check the combustion
chamber and remove all pellets
from the burner pot.
Press reset. Press reset again if
the fuel does not ignite (AL 171
is shown) (pellets have been da-
maged through the high tem-
peratures inside the supply
auger).
Clean the burner pot (see
page 12).
Replace ignition element.
Check the connecting cables
and plug-in connectors.
A reset is carried out automati-
cally after 1 min.
Replace the control unit if the
fault reappears.
Close the combustion chamber
door.
